Publication Ethics

ICVASAF 2026 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. Authors, reviewers, editors, and committee members are expected to adhere to ethical principles throughout the submission, review, and publication processes.

Duties of Authors

• Submit original and unpublished work.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of research data.
• Properly acknowledge all sources and references.
• Avoid plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification.
• Disclose potential conflicts of interest.

Duties of Reviewers

• Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts.
• Identify relevant published work not cited by authors.
• Declare any conflicts of interest.

Duties of Editors

• Evaluate manuscripts solely on academic merit.
• Ensure fairness and confidentiality throughout the review process.
• Prevent conflicts of interest.
• Take appropriate action in cases of ethical misconduct.

Research Misconduct

Plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited. Manuscripts found to contain such misconduct may be rejected or withdrawn from publication.

All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.
