Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security (ICVASAF 2026) will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity.
The review process consists of the following stages:
- Initial Screening
The Editorial Committee evaluates the manuscript's suitability with the conference scope, formatting requirements, and completeness of submission. - Similarity Check
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with excessive similarity may be rejected or returned for revision. - Double-Blind Peer Review
Each manuscript is reviewed anonymously by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area. - Revision Stage
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewer comments and recommendations. - Final Evaluation
The Editorial Committee evaluates the revised manuscript and reviewer recommendations before making the final decision. - Acceptance and Publication Preparation
Accepted manuscripts proceed to editing, proofreading, and publication processes.
The review process is conducted in accordance with internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing and research integrity.
