Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security (ICVASAF 2026) will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity.

The review process consists of the following stages:

  1. Initial Screening
The Editorial Committee evaluates the manuscript's suitability with the conference scope, formatting requirements, and completeness of submission.
  2. Similarity Check
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with excessive similarity may be rejected or returned for revision.
  3. Double-Blind Peer Review
Each manuscript is reviewed anonymously by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area.
  4. Revision Stage
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewer comments and recommendations.
  5. Final Evaluation
The Editorial Committee evaluates the revised manuscript and reviewer recommendations before making the final decision.
  6. Acceptance and Publication Preparation
Accepted manuscripts proceed to editing, proofreading, and publication processes.

The review process is conducted in accordance with internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing and research integrity.
