About the Conference Proceedings Series
The International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security (ICVASAF 2026) is an international peer-reviewed conference organized by Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Yogyakarta–Magelang (Polbangtan Yoma), Indonesia. The conference provides a scientific platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, industry representatives, and development stakeholders to share research findings, innovations, and best practices related to sustainable agriculture, food security, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience.
Held under the theme “Integrating Sustainable Agriculture and Livestock Systems for Food Security and Climate Resilience,” ICVASAF 2026 aims to address contemporary challenges in agricultural development, natural resource management, sustainable food production, and climate change adaptation. The conference promotes interdisciplinary approaches and collaborative solutions to strengthen resilient agri-food systems while supporting environmental sustainability and rural development.
The conference welcomes original research contributions and case studies in a wide range of areas, including sustainable crop production, soil health and regeneration, integrated crop–livestock systems, smart farming and precision agriculture, food innovation and technology, climate-resilient agricultural practices, natural resource management, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic and policy dimensions of sustainable agri-food systems.
ICVASAF 2026 is supported by an international scientific committee and features participation from researchers, experts, and professionals representing universities, research institutions, government agencies, and industry partners from various countries. The conference is committed to maintaining high academic standards through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers with expertise relevant to the submitted manuscripts.
The conference seeks to foster international collaboration, facilitate scientific knowledge exchange, and contribute to evidence-based solutions that advance sustainable agriculture, strengthen food security, enhance climate resilience, and support the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
